7 June 2026 — Accountant toolkit added
- Added the full tactical toolkit: debtor chase list with per-debtor payment profiles, 13-week cash forecast, supplier payment analysis, VAT prep with exceptions, transaction anomalies, and working capital.
- The toolkit runs on the same Xero data already connected — no new sources, no configuration.
4 June 2026 — Data-pages dashboard shape
- Six downloadable data pages (Revenue & Margin, Cash & Working Capital, AR Aging, Customer Concentration, Clients by Revenue, Expense Categories).
- The MCP connection is the conversation layer — the dashboard is the record; questions go to Claude.
17 March 2026 — Initial dashboard build
- Connected Xero accounting data: invoices, bills, payments, manual journals, balance sheet, P&L.
- Core metric views for revenue, margin, AR, cash, working capital, and customer concentration.
